In our present quality assurance and control structure, a manager is selected for each division who will be responsible for quality and care. The general quality manager is responsible for quality development and assurance. In addition, all activities are closely watched and checked by both computerized systems and manual procedures in order to measure quality levels and performance metrics frequently against industry standards and internal targets. Performance reports are evaluated on a frequent basis and corrective action is taken immediately if necessary.

Frequent quality audits executed by internal departments, external companies and by customers help us to improve our services whenever necessary.
